Dr. Samuel received his undergraduate education in biology and zoology at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and attended medical school at Temple University School of Podiatry Medicine in Philadelphia. After graduating in 1990, he completed a two-year residency in foot and ankle surgery at Crozer-Keystone Health Systems in Chester, Pennsylvania. He is currently involved with training the foot and ankle surgical residents of the Crozer Keystone podiatric surgical residency program and is a clinical instructor and preceptor with the Crozer Keystone Family Practice residency program.

Dr. Samuel is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, he is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and he is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Samuel also provides services to the legal and insurance industries as an expert in foot and ankle medicine and surgery. He reviews legal and workers compensations cases, utilization and peer reviews, and disability, then proceeds to provide independent medical evaluations.

Dr. Samuel was the team podiatrist for the Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul for over ten years. He has hospital affiliations with Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Springfield Hospital, and Taylor Hospital. He specializes in general podiatry, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, and heel pain. He has been in practice since 1994.

Dr. Sneha A. Patel received her doctorate in podiatric medicine from Temple University in 2012, where she earned multiple awards for academic performance and clinical research. She completed a 3 year hospital based interdisciplinary residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Crozer Keystone and Mercy Health Systems located in Delaware County, PA. She also earned a degree from Mercer University.

She joined the team at Foot and Ankle Specialists of Delaware County with special interest in the treatment of foot and ankle injuries and deformities, including wound care and limb salvage, and preventative care for patients of all ages.
In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys hiking, spending time with friends and family, and basketball. Dr. Patel also has had multiple articles published on foot and ankle issues, and her research has been accepted to be presented at multiple conferences.

Dr. Patel is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
